Privacy Policy

How HPM handles consented site data, contact messages, and visitor rights.

This policy describes the website’s current compliance-first analytics model and the data minimisation rules applied to it.

Purpose

Hamilton Project Management uses website data to understand site performance, improve navigation, review consented visitor behavior, and respond to direct enquiries. The site does not use covert fingerprinting or invisible surveillance techniques.

What We Collect

If you opt in to analytics, the site may store a pseudonymous visitor ID, session ID, pageviews, click interactions, scroll depth, device class, coarse country headers supplied by the hosting layer, referral source, and optional pointer samples for session timelines. Form-field values are not captured by the analytics system.

Consent & Withdrawal

Non-essential analytics remain off until you actively enable them. You can reopen the cookie settings panel at any time to switch back to essential-only mode, and the site will remove analytics identifiers from local storage when consent is revoked.

Retention

Analytics data is retained for a limited window to review website performance and improve visitor experience. The default technical retention period is 90 days unless a shorter period is configured for the service.

Contact Enquiries

Messages sent through the contact form are processed solely for business correspondence and delivered to the HPM team through the website's secure email delivery service.

Your Rights

Visitors may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data where applicable under GDPR, CCPA, or related regional laws. HPM may request enough detail to verify and process a legitimate request.
