The team establishes procedures, schedules progress meetings, and keeps issues, programme adjustments, and cross-party dependencies transparent.

Construction Progress & Change Orders

HPM tracks variance between scheduled and probable completion dates, recommends programme adjustments, and supports the review and processing of change orders.

Payments, Inspections, Start-Up & Completion

The scope spans payment-review procedures, inspection of works, review of shop drawings and submitted materials, readiness checks for utilities and systems, start-up support, and notice for final inspection and handing over.

Monitor baseline construction programme and recovery actions.
Establish coordination procedures across all project parties.
Conduct progress meetings with client, consultant, and contractor.
Recommend actions when contractual obligations are not being met.

Crosscheck inspection, approvals, utilities, and operational readiness.
